In many cases, extensions to the house are made when using a home use permit. When building a new part of the house, we are less constrained by the old structure, we have more opportunities to shape the space that we lack in the old house. Such an extension of the house may be simple if the plot is a large network and the new part is located in such a way that it can be easily connected to the old apartment.
Possibilities of enlarging your house include:
-Addition of rooms to the building with the occupation of part of the land, which increases the building area.
-Extending the first floor or adapting the attic, which only increases the usable area of the house.
-Adapting the attic or adding a second floor is the best solution when the plot is small.
