AIM
This project involved the creation of an accessible wc/washroom at Audleys Resource Service and was undertaken in partnership with the local authority in Hampshire.
Completing this work whilst the centre was in constant use meant that the safety of the clients and care staff was of paramount importance. With extensive experience of working in this type of environment, PMBuilding are sensitive to the issues involved with such work and have the management skills and experience needed for a successful project.
SOLUTION
The project involved the installation of a Lima Lift Clos-o-mat shower wc, one of the first of its kind to be installed in Hampshire, along with a new basin and XY Hoist. Associated works included tiling, carpentry, new flooring and decorations. Key subcontractors were used for the mechanical and electrical works.
Due to our superb team we were able to complete the works to our usual exceptionally high standard without compromising our excellent health and safety record. The project was completed within the given timescale whilst keeping any inconvenience to the clients, staff and visitors to an absolute minimum.

AIM
This project was undertaken in partnership with the local authority in Hampshire as part of their cyclical redecoration and timber repair work to school buildings in the county.
Completing this work whilst the schools were occupied meant that the safety of the children and staff was of paramount importance. With extensive experience of working in this type of environment, PMBuilding are sensitive to the issues involved with such work and have the management skills and experience needed for a successful project.
SOLUTION
The exterior redecoration of the schools involved the use of fixed scaffolding and associate works including replacement cladding, joinery works, replacement glazing beads, masonry repairs, and cleaning and repairs to all rainwater gutters.
Due to our experience and expertise we were also able to provide knowledge and experience to assist with colour and paint choices.
This project required extensive softwood repairs to the exterior doors and windows. As approved specialist installers of the window care system we were able to preserve and repair the timber joinery thus saving the local authority in Hampshire the high costs involved with timber replacement.
